ARINC 404 & 600 Filter Connectors

ARINC 404

Amphenol CDI’s ARINC 404 filter connectors deliver reliable performance across a full range of standard ARINC layouts. Engineered to meet stringent ARINC and SAE environmental and performance specifications, these connectors serve as a critical interface for rack-and-panel avionics systems.

Designed for high signal integrity, ARINC 404 connectors incorporate advanced filtering technology—essential for avionics applications. Commonly deployed in both commercial and military aircraft (including helicopters), they’re also ideal for in-flight instrumentation, radar systems, and flight simulators.

This versatile connector family supports combined power and signal contacts, making it a trusted solution for demanding aerospace environments

ARINC 600

Engineered for high-density applications, Amphenol CDI’s ARINC 600 connector family delivers enhanced contact capacity, shell polarization, and low mating force—ideal for demanding aerospace environments. These connectors support both power and signal contacts and feature a modular design using standard shells and inserts with an integrated filtered backpack.

Fully compliant with ARINC performance and environmental specifications, Amphenol CDI offers a complete range of layout options:

Shell Sizes & Insert Configurations

  • Size 1 Shells: 3-gang style with compact 11.1 mm inserts

  • Size 2 & 3 Shells: Standard 26.34 mm inserts with 3 and 6 gangs respectively

  • Insert Arrangements: Supports coaxial, Quadrax, and fiber optic contacts

  • Contact Sizes: From size 22 signal to size 1 coaxial, including sizes 5, 8, 12, 16, and 20
